Delivery & Shipping Policy

1. Operational Scope & Commitment

Mechaura International FZE LLC ("Mechaura", "we", "our") maintains a dedicated industrial distribution and supply chain network headquartered in Dubai, United Arab Emirates. We are committed to providing dependable, secure, and prompt fulfillment for critical industrial supplies, specialized abrasive brushes, hydraulic assemblies, elevator components, bearings, and cutting tools.

This Delivery Policy outlines the operational conditions governing the packaging, transit, dispatch schedules, and receiving requirements for all purchase orders placed with Mechaura International.

2. UAE Domestic Delivery Timelines & Coverage

We provide full-coverage logistics across all seven Emirates of the UAE:

• Dubai & Sharjah: Same-day dispatch for in-stock consumable items ordered before 11:00 AM GST. Standard delivery within 24–48 business hours.
• Abu Dhabi & Al Ain: Standard delivery within 24–48 business hours via dedicated freight vehicles or contracted industrial transport.
• Northern Emirates (Ajman, RAK, Fujairah, UAQ): Standard delivery within 24–72 business hours depending on route scheduling.
• Urgent Express Couriers: Emergency hot-shot breakdown deliveries can be arranged upon client request for plant shutdown emergencies.

3. GCC & International Freight Terms

Mechaura International regularly exports certified industrial tools and equipment across the GCC (Kingdom of Saudi Arabia, Sultanate of Oman, State of Qatar, State of Kuwait, and Kingdom of Bahrain) as well as wider African and Central Asian markets:

• Incoterms: Unless specifically quoted otherwise, international export shipments are executed under EXW (Ex Works Dubai), FCA (Free Carrier), or CIF / CIP terms as agreed in the formal proforma invoice.
• Customs & Documentation: Export shipments are accompanied by official Commercial Invoices, Packing Lists, Certificates of Origin (COO), and Material Test Certificates (MTC) where required. Import customs duties, local clearance, and VAT in the destination country remain the responsibility of the consignee unless DDP terms are contracted.
• Transit Times: Road freight within GCC destinations typically ranges between 3 to 7 business days following customs clearance. Air freight options are available for urgent tooling requirements.

4. Order Processing & Dispatch Protocol

All orders are processed subject to payment confirmation, credit facility terms, and inventory verification:

1. Order Confirmation: A formal Sales Order or Proforma Confirmation is generated detailing the SKU numbers, quantities, lead times, and dispatch point.
2. Quality Inspection: Prior to crating, items undergo standard dimensional and visual inspection to ensure compliance with technical specifications.
3. Dispatch Notification: Clients receive a dispatch notice containing carrier consignment details, vehicle registration (for direct deliveries), or tracking reference codes.

5. Heavy Machinery, Long Lengths & Oversized Cargo

For oversized items, including long-length hydraulic hoses, heavy-duty industrial pumps, crated elevator components, and palletized abrasive brush shipments:

• Consignees must ensure adequate offloading infrastructure (e.g., forklift, overhead crane, loading dock) is available at the delivery location.
• Our drivers and contracted transport operators are authorized to offload only in designated, safe unloading bays compliant with UAE Occupational Safety & Health standards.

6. Inspection, Receipt & Damage Claims

To ensure total transparency and protect client interests:

• Immediate Inspection: The consignee's receiving officer must inspect the external packaging and verify package counts against the Delivery Note (DN) prior to signing acceptance.
• Shortages or Physical Damage: Any apparent physical transit damage or carton shortage must be endorsed directly on the Delivery Note and reported to Mechaura International in writing within 48 hours of receipt.
• Latent Defects: Concealed discrepancies discovered upon unpacking must be formally reported within 5 business days accompanied by high-resolution photographs and serial/batch numbers.
